I cannot see any vaults or movements in my workspace. You may not have the required permissions. Check your assigned role with your workspace administrator. The View Balances permission is needed to see vault balances. Confirm you are in the correct workspace, since resources are workspace-scoped.

My movement was blocked by a policy. The vault or your role has a transaction limit configured. Check the Policies page for the current limits and cycle periods. If the limit for the current cycle has been reached, wait for the cycle to reset or ask an administrator to adjust the limit. Policy checks run before signing, so a blocked movement never reaches signers.

I signed a movement but it is still Pending. The vault's threshold has not been met. Open the movement detail view to see how many signatures have been collected. The remaining signers need to sign before the movement proceeds.

I cannot select an external address for a transfer. Only addresses whitelisted for the specific token are available as external destinations. Add the address to that token's whitelist first, from the Whitelist page. A whitelist change is signed by the owning vault before it takes effect.

My token deployment failed. Review the error details on the token's status view. Failures can occur because of network conditions. If the error is transient, resubmit the deployment. Contact your administrator or Orobit support if the issue persists.

I cannot recover my Signing Profile. Recovery requires your recovery phrase. Without it, access to the Signing Profile cannot be restored: not by your administrator, Orobit, or SQRL. Set up a new Signing Profile, register a new key, and work with your administrator to review any vaults that referenced your previous key. Neither Orobit nor SQRL can recover private keys.

A user was deactivated but their key is still on a vault. Deactivating a user removes their workspace access but does not remove their key from any vault. Signers are set when a vault is created and are not edited afterward in the current interface. Review the vault's signer list to confirm the threshold can still be met by the remaining active signers, and plan any signer change as a governance step.
