Navigating the platform
After you sign in and select your organisation, SQRL opens your active workspace. You land on the Vaults page, which shows the vaults in your current workspace.
#Main areas
The main navigation gives you access to the following areas. What you see depends on your role and the permissions assigned to it.
- Vaults. View and manage your workspace's vaults, deploy tokens, and start movements from a vault.
- Movements. Initiate, review, sign, and track movements.
- Whitelist. Manage the addresses each token contract is approved to interact with.
- Address Book. Maintain a workspace-level list of saved addresses you use across operations.
- Users. Manage workspace members and their roles.
- Policies. Configure transaction limits and cycle periods.
- Reports. Review the activity and audit log and export log data.
- Signing Profile. Manage your personal keys.
The network indicator in the top bar shows whether your active workspace is set to mainnet or testnet. Check it before you operate. Live operations run on mainnet.
The notification bell shows your unread notification count. You receive a notification when a vault is created in your workspace or when a movement or deployment requires your signature. See Notifications.
#Switching organisations and workspaces
If you belong to multiple organisations or workspaces, you can switch between them without signing out.
Switching organisations
- Open the organisation selector in the navigation area.
- Select the organisation you want to switch to.
Switching workspaces
- Open the workspace selector in the navigation area.
- Select the workspace you want to switch to.
Your permissions, vaults, and policies are scoped to each workspace. When you switch workspaces, you see only the resources and controls available in that workspace under your assigned role.
Your role and permissions in one workspace have no effect in another. Switching workspaces changes which vaults, tokens, policies, and controls you can see and use.
